ECOROUTES
Unlocking the Potential of Youth in Tourism
Rinascita Europe has been partner of “Ecoroutes -Unlocking the Potential of Youth in Tourism” project (KA220-YOU-6EC4279C) in 2023.
Ecoroutes project is an environmental initiative that aims to raise young people’s awareness of tourism’s impact on the environment and engage them in promoting and organizing nature – based and eco-friendly tourism activities that can reduce human’s carbon footprint.
The project's main objectives are:
Increase young people’s knowledge of Europe’s cultural and natural heritage and raise their awareness on its value;
To support youth employment in the tourism sector;
Promote sustainable tourism;
Stimulate economic activities in rural areas;
Engage tourists in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism experience by creating thematic touristic routes.
ECOROUTES project is fully part of the fight against climate change, which is one of the goals set by the 2030 Agenda to safeguard our planet in a sustainable manner.
The partnership of this project involved 6 partners from 6 countries: IT, FR, SI, CY, GR, AT.
